Pipeline installation requirements

Pipeline installation requirements:

1. Before pipeline installation, the equipment nozzle, embedded parts, reserved holes, steel structure and other contents related to pipeline installation shall be reviewed.

2. The gradient of the pipeline shall be adjusted according to the requirements of the drawing. The support can be used to meet the gradient requirements. The welding seam shall be set at the place convenient for maintenance and observation.

3. Before installation, pipes connected with transmission equipment shall be cleaned internally, and welding fixed pipe orifice shall be far away from the equipment, so as to avoid the influence of welding stress on the installation accuracy of transmission equipment.

4. Before the pipeline is connected with the machine, the relative strength shall be prevented, and the parallelism and coaxiality of the flange shall be checked under the free state.

5. The safety valve shall be installed vertically, and the safety valve shall be adjusted in time when it is put into trial operation. The adjustment of the safety valve is carried out on the system, and the opening and reseating pressure should meet the requirements of the design documents.

6. Before valve installation, check its model according to design documents, and determine its installation direction according to medium flow direction. When the valve and pipeline are connected by flange or thread, the valve shall be installed in the closed state; If it is installed by welding, the valve shall not be closed.

7. Temporary replacement of instrument elements: all instrument elements shall be replaced by temporary elements during installation, and formal installation shall be conducted after pressure test, flushing and purging and before feeding.
